Our digital authority services, Private Inference Cloud setups, and automated brand engines are designed exclusively for high-value businesses, enterprise operators, and recognized industry professionals. You agree to utilize our website and services only for legitimate, lawful purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms.
3. Accounts and Information Integrity
When interacting with our Strategic Intake Form or submitting operational briefings, you agree to provide complete, active, and accurate institutional details. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the privacy and strict confidentiality of any communication channels, credentials, or private keys shared during our engagement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All structural frameworks, algorithmic workflows, copywriting assets, visuals, and underlying technical configurations deployed on this website are the protected intellectual property of Meganova Agency. You may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, publish, or distribute our proprietary materials without explicit, written operational clearance from our studio directors.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Engagements
Our strategic integrations are provisioned on a project-by-project roadmap or via monthly infrastructure retention agreements. All financial conditions, deliverables, and billing milestones are specified in individual client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Unless stated otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable once engineering phases are initialized.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meganova Agency provides all assets, code modules, and strategic consultations “as is” without warranty of any kind. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, circumstantial, or consequential data or profit losses resulting from operational downtime or third-party API disruptions.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Lebanon**. Any disputes, litigation, or legal interpretations arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts located in **Tripoli, Lebanon**.
8. Termination & Policy Revisions
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or revoke access to our infrastructure, intake portals, or systems immediately and without warning for any violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our operational structure. Any updates will be pushed to this endpoint immediately with an updated timestamp.
